Novatex loving fund manual

The first, Novatex loving fund was fund aiming to promote Chinese traditional virtues of helping poor, show responsibilities to community and help employees and community who are in diffculty.

The second,The purpose of Novatex loving fund is to deliver love to employees and all society.

The third, Novatex loving fund Management Committee is responsible for audit and management of fund usage.

The fourth,the loving fund will not be used in other purposes,all usage should be published in Novatex site.

The fifth, Source of Novatex fund:

1.employees donations, the initial fund-raising event held by Novatex loving fund Management Committee. After the fund is set up the donation will be hold once a year.

2.the company administrative allocation.

3.the staff non-compliance fine.

4.other incomes.

The sixth, Novatex loving fund scope:

1.company staff whose family experienced hardship caused unexpected events;

2.children of employees who is out of school due to family financial difficulties;

3.other situations which need financial support.

The seventh,conditions and amount:

If company staff suffered following, Committee will consider cash remainings and severity of situation to donate from 1000 to 10,000 rmb.

1.the family encountered unexpected events such as fires, floods which led to difficulty.

2.key members of the family encountered disability, death, etc. due to unexpected events ,leading to difficulties in life;

3.Employees become disabled due to face emergencies, death of;

4.children of company employees who are out of school because of family financial difficulty.

5.for other reasons

The eigth, the approval and issuance of funds

1.it usage should be examined by Committee, and signed by the Director.

2.Novatex loving fund Management Committee will issue money donation according to the procedure.
